YesHello – Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of YesHello (yeshello.shop), a booking and speed-to-lead service run by VAST Online Services ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
YesHello answers enquiries for your business, offers available times and books appointments into your calendar. We set up and run the service for you after you subscribe and complete onboarding.
2. Your account
You must give accurate business details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to share any customer data you send through the service.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Google Calendar and other connections
If you connect Google Calendar, YesHello only uses access to view your free/busy times and to create, update or cancel the booking events it makes. We do not use your Google data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not let humans read it except to provide support you ask for, for security, or where the law requires. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time in your Google Account settings or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use YesHello to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive messages, or to contact people who have not asked to hear from you.
6. Availability
We aim to keep YesHello running reliably but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please check important bookings in your own calendar.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed bookings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. After cancellation we delete your data within 30 days, unless we must keep it by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy at www.yeshello.shop.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
